Born in 1562, died in 1626. 87 songs and more than 90 lute pieces have been handed down.
"Flow my tears", is his most popular music. The tune was so successful and popular that
it has been arranged for many other instruments and combinations of them. (Like a 20th century mega hit such as Yesterday by the Beatles.).
